Our Story
Cooking since I was six. Building this since day one.
Long before W.E.E Bites had a name, it had a kitchen — my grandmother's, filled with the smell of fried plantains and simmering sauce. I was six years old, standing on a chair to reach the stove, learning that food is how our family says I love you.
That kitchen never left me. W.E.E Bites was built on it — on faith, on culture, and on the belief that Haitian flavor deserves a seat at the table of premium American food brands. Every wing, empanada, and eggroll we serve carries that history forward.
Today we're a Haitian-inspired food brand based in Linden, New Jersey — and this is only the beginning. Catering, a food truck, retail products, and one day, a full-service Haitian restaurant: that's where we're headed. Thank you for coming along.

Do you offer delivery or online ordering?
Yes — online ordering is coming soon directly through this site. In the meantime, place orders by phone or through our social media pages.
How far in advance should I book catering?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead for weddings and large events, and 1 week for smaller gatherings, though we'll always do our best to accommodate.
Do you serve areas outside Linden, NJ?
We proudly serve Linden and greater Union County, including Elizabeth, Rahway, and surrounding communities. Reach out to confirm your location.
Can W.E.E Fresh juices be ordered separately from food trays?
Yes — W.E.E Fresh juices are available on their own or bundled with any catering order.
